How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by either calling our office (250.717.8445) or by booking online here.

Do you do direct billing?

Yes! We can direct bill for most insurance companies. 
We accept Empire Life, Great West Life/Canada Life, Green Shield, Manulife, Medavie Blue Cross, MSP, Pacific Blue Cross, RCMP, RWAM, SunLife

Do you accept ICBC claims?

Yes! We accept and treat all ICBC accident claims and MVA claims.

Do I need a referral for chiropractic care?

No! You do not need a referral to see a chiropractor.

Do I need a referral for a massage?

Depends!  Some insurance companies require a doctor’s note to have coverage for your massage.  
Check with your insurance company. 

Are your services covered by health insurance?

Yes!  Chiropractic and Massage therapy is covered under third-party payers.
Some insurance companies will cover Kinesiology as well. 

What can I expect from my first visit?

All practitioners will take an extensive health history, and listen to you as you explain your concerns.  This will be followed by a detailed and thorough physical and movement examination, that will lead to individualized treatment.  
These visits are between 45-60 minutes.

Should I get treatment even if I am already in pain?

Yes! Please don’t wait to book in.  We want to get you out of pain ASAP!

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

Our no-show or late cancellation policy is as follows:
First offence - warning
Second offence - 50% charge of total price of the appointment.
Third offence - 100% charge of total price of the appointment for any missed appointments or late cancellations moving forward.
